After resetting a MacBook, the Macintosh HD may not appear because the reset process may have erased the hard drive and its associated partitions. This can happen if the reset was done using the "Erase Mac" option in the macOS Recovery mode. In this case, the hard drive will need to be reformatted and a new macOS installation will need to be performed to recreate the Macintosh HD. It's important to back up any important data before performing a reset to avoid data loss. **

This action will erase all the data stored on the drive, including the operating system and all your files and applications. Your computer will not be able to boot up or function properly without the Macintosh HD. It is important to back up your data before taking such an action to avoid losing important information. **

Retro pants are designed to sit higher on the waist, often at the natural waistline or slightly above. This style is a throwback to the fashion of the 70s and 80s, when high-waisted pants were popular. The higher waistline can help create a flattering silhouette and elongate the legs. So, if the retro pants are sitting properly at the intended higher waistline, then they are indeed sitting as they should be. **
